Haley Ford: Driving Floor Traffic and Revenue with Auto Finance Leads

A little bit of the history: Haley Ford Finance Director Greg Snyder was looking for a way to meet demand for qualified credit applications and increase floor traffic for his team. He signed on with us to boost the volume of applications for his lending partners and prospects for the Haley sales folks. An added bonus was the ability to track and manage those finance leads in DOLLAR, our internet lead management (ILM) system, as well as to automate their email appointment setting with FUEL.
In the first month alone, he saw 14% conversion to sale from Carloan.com Pre-Qual auto finance leads delivered via DOLLAR, resulting in a whopping 10:1 return on his investment with us. In the months since, the conversion rate has normalized to around 6%, but he has still been seeing an additional $11,200 in gross revenue per month.
When we talked to him about it, Greg said: “If I had more time to work these leads, I would buy more of them…these are prospects we might not see otherwise, and we’ve had a lot of success with the program.”
